# Connect Hermes

## Quick start

Merge into `~/.hermes/config.yaml`, preserving existing servers:

```yaml
mcp_servers:
  ezremote:
    url: "https://tunnel.masti.lol/mcp"
    auth: oauth
```

Run `hermes mcp login ezremote`, then start a new session or `/reload-mcp`. Hermes documents HTTP OAuth with PKCE and cached refresh credentials. On a remote host the loopback callback needs a forwarded port; follow its OAuth over SSH guide.
